Amazing New Pans

THE CATHEDRAL This pan would make a fantastic edible cake topper, or would be a very impressive dessert on its own. The intricate cakes that these pans yeild do not get iced. I would shake icing sugar over them and decorate to match the decor of the cake. Click here to see a sample cake.
	PAGODA Slightly smaller than the Cathedral, and more generic but just as elegant. You can choose to have this cake as the top cake of any shape, it looks especially nice on the circle or octagon.
